This course reviewed research on the use of AAC in the autism population and how Lingraphica AAC devices may meet their needs. Identifying appropriate candidates was discussed. The course reviewed programming and implementation, including sensory differences and stimming. The course also addressed how a device can reinforce therapeutic tools, such as social stories and visual schedules.
